Free Shipping

SmokeDay is proud to offer a free shipping option on all orders over $9.99. Free shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states and major U.S. territories. Orders are typically processed the same day or within 2–3 business days, in the order they are received. Free shipping orders will be shipped using the most economical method available, with estimated delivery times of 2–7 business days depending on location.

Paid Shipping

SmokeDay offers a variety of expedited shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx, displayed at checkout for an additional charge when available. Orders are typically processed the same day if received before our daily cut-off time, or within 1 business day.

Please note: Orders placed on Fridays with USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air / Air Saver, or FedEx Overnight will not arrive until the next business day.

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your distance from our shipping location. Not all services may be available for your area. Precise estimates will be displayed at checkout for each service. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed by SmokeDay. Shipments delivered outside the estimated delivery date are not the responsibility of SmokeDay, and no refunds will be provided for such delays. Processing and shipping times may also vary slightly during high-volume periods such as sales events and holidays.

Shipping Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:30 PM CST, Monday–Friday (excluding national holidays), will generally be shipped the same day or next business day for paid shipping services. Orders received after this time will ship the following business day. Free shipping orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days, in the order received.

Free Shipping Tracking: Free shipping includes limited tracking capabilities. Tracking updates may not appear until the package reaches a local delivery hub or is out for delivery.

Third-Party & Made-to-Order Products: Some products offered on SmokeDay may be fulfilled by third parties or made-to-order. These items may follow separate shipping policies and may not align with the estimates displayed at checkout.

DISCREET BILLING / SHIPPING / PACKAGING

At SmokeDay, we value your privacy and ensure that your information and purchases remain secure. All orders are shipped in plain boxes, mailers, and/or bubble mailers with no store or product details listed on the outside. The return label will simply read “Shipping Department” to protect your discretion.

For international shipments, product titles and values are required to be listed on customs forms. In those cases, the product information will appear on customs documentation, but the external packaging will remain plain and discreet.

On your billing statement, purchases will appear as “SMDay Online” or “SmokeDay”, with no mention of “smoke shop” or product names. Only the order total, date, and merchant name will be listed.

SHIPMENT TRACKING & INSURANCE

Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information. You can also access your tracking details at any time through your order status page, confirmation email, or by logging into your SmokeDay account.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment has been confirmed.

Insurance

SmokeDay partners with Route to protect your orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit. For your convenience, Route package protection is automatically added at checkout for a small fee, but you may remove it before completing your order if you choose. If Route is declined, SmokeDay is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in the hands of the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Services & Transit Times

SmokeDay proudly offers worldwide shipping. International customers will see a variety of available shipping options at checkout, including services from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, and GlobalPost.

Economical options such as USPS First Class Mail International or DHL eCommerce provide affordable rates but may take up to 21 business days for delivery. Faster premium services such as DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx International Priority, or UPS Worldwide Expedited may deliver in as little as 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Available services and estimated transit times for your address will be displayed at checkout. Please note that these estimates are provided directly by the carrier, are not guaranteed by SmokeDay, and no refunds will be issued for shipments delivered outside the estimated delivery date. Shipping times may vary during high-volume periods such as sales events and holidays.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country once the shipment arrives.

SmokeDay cannot predict or control these charges, and any additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more detailed information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates provided by the carrier.

Please note:

  • Import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient/customer.
  • If your shipment is confiscated by customs, you will not be refunded.
  • If you refuse to pay your country’s required import taxes, duties, or fees, your package may be discarded by the carrier without refund.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

There are several reasons a package could be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. These may include: item too large for a PO box, incorrect or incomplete address, invalid address format, failed delivery attempts, damaged during transit, transportation issues, or export restrictions.

When packages are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted via email. Orders may be reshipped upon request; however, the customer is responsible for the new shipping charges. SmokeDay will provide the actual shipping cost or offer a flat-rate reshipment fee of $10.

Please note:

  • If your order is returned to us as undeliverable and arrives damaged, a refund may not be issued.
  • If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, you may request a refund, which will be processed minus the original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refunds can only be issued once the undeliverable package has been received back at our warehouse.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from SmokeDay are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that once an order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. SmokeDay is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.

For added protection, we recommend keeping Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
