Returns & Replacements

We want you to be a 100% satisfied! We understand sometimes a package may not come to your expectations or you simply do not like it. We will gladly offer you a 14 day return period. The items MUST be unused and in their original packaging. We will refund you money or give you store credit, minus the shipping and handling cost. Please email us so we can ensure you get proper instructions on how to return products. Make sure you include your order ID# in the email.

Items must NOT be used. Any items returned used will be discarded and a refund will not be given.

Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was selected at checkout, your refund will be issued minus either the actual shipping cost we incurred to send the item to you or a flat fee of $10, whichever is higher.

Electronic items can only be exchanged in the event of a defect or malfunction and are not eligible for returns or refunds. All other items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.
